Instructions: Take 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, add 2 tablespoons of honey and dilute in water, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or other (optional). Pour water into mixture, stir until water is absorbed, about 2 to 5 minutes. If you want you can add 1/2 cup of fruits and/or vegetables in the mixture. Turn on the oven at 350°C. Take baking paper for muffins put in a muffin pan. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tins about a heaping tablespoon per muffin. Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes. Let cool before serving. Can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator or 6 months in the freezer.
