Returns Policy: If any of our products are not up to your expectations, we would like to know about it. Option to refuse communications from Parrots Melfée
If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they no longer be sent to you by updating your customer profile at www.perroquetsmelfee.ca or by contacting our Customer Service. You can also unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe option that will be contained in the email communication. Opting out of receiving communications will not affect your rights and privileges under the Program.
The version of the Program Terms published on the Perroquets Melfée website prevails over any other version.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE Parroquets Melfée AND THEIR AFFILIATED ENTITIES AND AGREE THAT THEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION OR MEMBERSHIP TO THE PROGRAM, THE REDEMPTION AND USE/MISUSE OF ANY ITEMS, EVENTS OR EXPERIENCES OBTAINED THROUGH THE REDEMPTION OF POINTS OR REWARDS OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING LIABILITIES AND DAMAGES ARISING FROM CHANGES IN PROGRAM OR ITS CANCELLATION. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A LEGAL MINOR IN YOUR PROVINCE OR STATE OF RESIDENCE, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AGREES) THAT YOU HAVE WAIVED YOUR RIGHT TO CLAIM SUCH DAMAGES FROM Parrots Melfée ET TO THEIR AFFILIATED ENTITIES AND THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK. WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE ABOVE, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY EXCEED FORTY CANADIAN DOLLARS ($40.00 CAD).

Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and Perroquets Melfée, we want to offer you an efficient and economical settlement by calling on our Customer Service team. Almost all customer service disputes can be resolved to customer satisfaction by using our customer service department.
Notwithstanding section 20 mentioned above, any claim related to the Program, the Rewards or these Terms for which Parrots Melfée would be responsible by law will be settled in Canadian currency, even if you are not a Canadian resident. .
Choice of applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute related thereto shall be governed and construed exclusively under the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, excluding any conflict of law provisions.
